QBO3 Arquitectos is an architecture and construction studio based in Costa Rica, which has more than 20 years of experience lead by architect Mario Vargas and supported by a team of highly qualified professionals and consultants. Recognized for its ability to integrate cutting-edge architectural design in harmony with the natural environment, QBO3 has established itself nationally and internationally, with special emphasis on exclusive high-end residential developments on the coast of Guanacaste, in projects such as Nosara Estates, Papagayo Peninsula and Zapotal.

QBO3 is a multidisciplinary architecture & construction studio dedicated to delivering uniquely crafted spaces through a fully integrated design and build process. Based in Costa Rica and with over two decades of experience, our approach is rooted in the belief that the best architectural results emerge when the same team that designs a project is also responsible for building it.
